Founder and CEO
Dr. Manley is a nationally recognized leader with over 25 years of experience across biomedical science, nonprofit leadership, workforce development, and organizational strategy. He is the Founder and CEO of the SCHEQ Foundation and has led national initiatives focused on leadership development, program design, and organizational impact.
His leadership spans some of the most complex sectors in health and research, helping institutions bridge the gap between high-level strategy and technical implementation. As a strategic advisor, he focuses on building sustainable change that empowers leaders and communities alike.
